Mirage Trailer caved in from snow

Too much snow or just a flimsy junk Mirage trailer? You be the judge. The manufacturer of this 10 month old trailer that caved in under 13 in of snow said it was the buyers fault. That he should have cleaned off the snow. The buyer of this 2018 Mirage trailer says the trailer is flimsy. Says that it should have never caved in under snow load. After all, how many 20 ft enclosed trailers have you ever seen cave in? Not too many. The fact is this 2018 Mirage trailer built in Nampa Boise Idaho failed, it failed under under 13 in of snow and the roof collapsed from one end to the other. The side walls are pulling in the doors won't open and the floor is buckling from water leaking. A flimsy enclosed trailer for sure. Mirage trailers fails or refuses to stand behind their product. They blamed it on the owner of the trailer. Most companies would have used this opportunity to show that they have great customer service and are willing to stand behind their product. Mirage trailers in Boise Idaho build a flimsy trailer or maybe it was just bad luck and it's a lemon? Regardless, I think if I'm looking for another trailer I'll find something that can stand up to a little bit of snow.
